As noted in last week’s blog post “Nordkapp – The Next Level” Panu Korhonen has been nominated to the position of Managing Director at Nordkapp, along with other nominations too. Panu’s first tasks have been putting the management practices in place. He says they must be lean and agile in true Nordkapp spirit.
Thanks to you, our dear clients, collaborators and friends, our spring was very busy and exciting. The trend seems to continue as it seems that the autumn will be busier than ever. This is very good news, but also creates a clear need for us to clarify how we work together. Therefore, we have decided to introduce some changes and some new roles in our organization.

Week 35 was my comeback week from summer holidays. Most of the other busy bees have been back at work for weeks already and producing design for all sorts of projects. Much of which I now know nothing about.
