Campus Experience Analysis for Aalto University

Nordkapp worked with Aalto University to analyse the Otaniemi Campus experience. Aalto University aims to provide a world-class campus experience, and due to that, human experience is at the core of its development strategy.

Nordkapp conducted a range of qualitative methods research by identifying and systematically mapping the different delights and pain points from the holistic campus experience. 

The research was concentrated on identifying four different focus groups are experiencing the Otaniemi Campus area during their journeys in the physical domain.
